By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the terms below.
Failure to respond to messages or ignoring details may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.

Providing References

✨ Please provide as many references and details as possible for your commission:✧ Photos, illustrations, character design sheets✧ Written descriptions of story, aesthetic, mood, colors, setting, pose
.✨The clearer your idea, the easier it is for me to interpret your requests.✧ If references or instructions are unclear, I may use a certain level of creative freedom.✧ Prices are approximate; complex designs or numerous details may increase the cost. Please inform me if you are working within a budget — I will try to accommodate your needs.✧ For particularly complex or urgent orders, this fee may be higher.

Ordering Process

✨ Email me with your commission request; I will confirm if I have available slots.✨Send as many details as possible to ensure accurate portrayal of appearance, colors, mood, and pose.✨Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, I will begin working.

Payment

✨Payments accepted via PayPal (USD).✨I only work with full prepayment.✨Payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.✨This is a digital product; no physical items will be shipped.✨I can draw nudity for an additional fee (see price list and examples).✨ If you’re from Poland or Ukraine, please let me know — I can accept payment via a Polish or Ukrainian card.✨ Please make sure to cover any transfer fees — I need to receive the full amount (e.g., $15).✨In some countries, VAT may apply depending on your location — this is not my responsibility.

Files and Work Stages

✨Completion time is agreed individually.✨I expect responses to messages within 2 days; if there’s no response, I wait an additional week. After that, we will individually decide how to proceed with your order.
Please note that I may delay responses or even cancel the order without refund. If you politely explain the situation and provide necessary details, I will do my best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that I may have other orders.✨During the process, I usually send:Sketch (minor adjustments only)

✧ Base colors
✧ Final artwork✨ Final files are in high-resolution PNG without watermarks.
Files are delivered via Google Drive, email, or another convenient method.✨Backgrounds, additional conditions, and prices are clarified during the order discussion.

Copyright

✨I retain full rights to my artwork, including portfolio and social media use.✨You may not sell, edit, redistribute, or use my work for advertising without agreement.Copyright violations include:✧Commercial use without discussion
✧Claiming authorship
✧Removing watermarks/signatures
✧Altering the work without my permission✨Do not repost my work on other sites without permission and proper credit.✨Keep your commissioned files after receiving them; I may delete files to free up space on my PC/Google Drive.
